Communications now have become an integral part of our lives and there would be literally no existence and survival in the competitive world without good business communications. Therefore, this module would focus on enhancing business communications of our participants so they can learn the art of writing business emails, conducting meetings, participation in business meetups and leading individual and group discussions within the organizations.
CV writing & Interview
No matter how well qualified we are but our first interaction with the employer is via CV. This is our first marketing tool and that is where most people fall short of making any or no impression for the employer. From formatting mistakes, copied objective to unnecessary information and unprofessional email style for sending our CVs, all contribute in our failure for securing an interview call. Therefore, this session is about how to make a lasting impression on the employer and how to get attention on the table and ace any filtration process for interview call via writing and designing an effective CV.
Further this session would incorporate all the tools required to ace any interview, how to answer interview questions, dressing for interview etc. to ensure placement in the organization.
This module would incorporate dressing sense, how to carry yourself and what colors to wear (as per the personality) to make a good visual impression in the minds of the people. Further, this module is led by a designing guru to help participants learn the tricks of how to carry themselves.

This module would inject much needed soft skill in young grads i.e. presentation skills. This would loosely be based on the concept of how to ace any type of audience and design effective presentations (with minimum text and maximum images).
This module would largely focus on two components i.e. what to say and How to say. What is a content design part which is about what to include and exclude from the presentation keeping meeting objectives in the mind, while how is a delivery part which is about how to say and express the content in an effective manner to ensure quality results for the department and company.
Since our birth we have not been allowed to participate in decision making process. From home affairs to our studies, even which school/college to go, which subjects to study were all chosen by our elders based upon their research on how well it shall pay in the future as a result we gave up our power of choosing an option for ourselves that further leads us into having a confused and unpowered mindset.
Therefore, this session aims to empower our participants with power of making quality decisions both in their personal and professional lives. After all, decisiveness is an attribute of high achievers, because almost any decision that we take is better than taking no decision at all.
